A little about Country & Castle


My name is Francesca, but you can call me Cesca. All my friends and family do, and I feel like you are now a part of that. I am the founder of Country & Castle.

I started this shop after falling in love with all things bridal while planning my own wedding. Like many others in 2020, I was a Covid Bride – my wedding was affected by the travel and lockdown restrictions. (Did I mention I’m a Canadian living in Scotland? Some funny stories about that later.) Due to the restrictions we decided to still proceed with our 2020 wedding (just us and x2 witnesses) and pushed our reception to November 2021.

Even through all of the uncertainty, I loved, LOVED being a bride! This is me – wearing the Octavia Veil for my ceremony.

I started this store to help other brides feel amazing despite the stresses of planning. I do believe that the right accessories can really make your look – well you!

We currently only ship within the United Kingdom. If you are shopping in another country, please reach out to us at – we may be looking to expand soon and would love to hear from you.

Shipping times vary. As with many items in the wedding industry, such as veils & other items, shipping times can be up to 10 weeks. We recommend you order as early as possible before your wedding date to avoid disappointment. Further details on shipping times for products can be seen on the product page. We do our best to keep this as updated as possible, if you have any concerns please contact us.

We will aim to have your products with you as soon as possible, please be aware there may be delays due to Covid restrictions.

If you received a faulty or incorrect item, please accept our apologies for any inconvenience it may cause. Please inform us within 14 days from receipt of the item and we will rectify the issue as quickly as possible. Please email providing images of the item.

Items are only classified as faulty if they arrive damaged or the wrong product has been sent. As colour varies from monitor to monitor slight colour variations are not considered a fault in the product.

If you’re not completely happy with your order, we will refund your order providing you return it to us in perfect unused, unwashed and sellable condition within 14 days of the date on your receipt. 

All items must be returned in their original packaging and with the original labels intact.

Please be careful when trying products on as we will not be able to arrange a refund if the product is returned with any smell, marks, stains or hairs on. 

Earrings are final sale and cannot be returned due to hygienic purposes.

Custom orders cannot be returned and are final sale. Please ensure all details are correct at time of order.

Most of our veils are made to order and are non-returnable. Returns availability on these products will be noted on the product page.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your items unless they are faulty.

Lost returns are not covered and are not the responsibility of Country & Castle. As such, we recommend you return items using a tracked service.

Once items are returned to us, you will be entitled to receive a refund minus shipping. If you are refunding an item that was purchased with a free shipping discount code, we will refund the amount minus the original shipping amount.

If you do not meet the above conditions please then do not send your items back to us, please email and we will do our best to help.

We are currently unable to process exchanges at this time. Please return your order and use the website to place a new one as required.
